Logan is a student in the Bioinformatics and Genomics Master Program (BGMP) working with me on the evolution of miRNAs in Antarctic fishes.

During a high schoool internship, Jem helped me sort out and catalog many fish specimens stained for bones and cartilages.

Mickael worked with me on the analysis of microRNA in several fish species, including the spotted gar, and in zebrafish mutants.

Sophia worked with me on creating a short scientific graphic novel on the diversity of fish sex determination mechanisms.

Ezmie was an intern in the lab during high school breaks throughout the year and helped me analyze genes of various fish by PCR.

Griffin studied how changes in temperature alter the skeletal development of Antarctic fish embryos.

Alejandro Valdivieso (2021)

Alejandro is a post-doc from Spain who helped me analyze the growth and reproduction of the Antarctic crowned notothen.
